What’s happening.

Nine SMWS whisky samples anchor this dinner, including a pour paired with your chosen entrée and a whisky-infused dessert. Join the Strath team at communal tables in the Maple Room; non-members are welcome. Doors open at 5pm for the 6:30pm start. Choose your entrée when booking and ask the organizer about dietary modifications or seating requirements. Check current availability on the ticket page.

    SMWS November Whisky Tasting

    C$55 plus tax; C$45 for SMWS members

    Try eight whisky samples from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society’s November releases with the Strath team. Members and non-members are welcome in the Maple Room at The Sticky Wicket. The tasting starts at 3pm; doors open at 1:30pm if you want to order food beforehand. Food is purchased separately. Check current ticket availability with Strath Liquor Merchants.

    Adegas Valmiñor Winemaker Dinner

    C$125 plus taxes and gratuity

    Meet winemaker Yago Gómez over a dinner exploring Galicia through the wines of Adegas Valmiñor. The Arbutus Room pairs vermouth, white wines and reds with a locally inspired menu drawing on coastal Spain. A welcome reception begins at 5pm, followed by dinner at 6pm. This is Brentwood Bay Resort’s final winemaker dinner of the year. Reserve with the resort and check dietary requirements before booking.
