Spend an evening cooking French bistro dishes with Chef Dan Hayes: chicken braised in red wine, potatoes with parsley, and crepes Suzette.     Try eight whisky samples from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society’s November releases with the Strath team. Members and non-members are welcome in the Maple Room at The Sticky Wicket.     Meet winemaker Yago Gómez over a dinner exploring Galicia through the wines of Adegas Valmiñor. The Arbutus Room pairs vermouth, white wines and reds with a locally inspired menu drawing on coastal Spain. A welcome reception begins at 5pm, followed by dinner at 6pm.
